There’s a kind of wedding that holds more than just two people. More than timelines and traditions. It holds memory. Family. Language. History.
We have been privileged to be part of ceremonies where two faiths and cultures are honored in the same breath. Where a lehenga is worn in the morning, and a white dress by the evening. Where blessings are spoken in two languages, and names are pronounced with care. Where the joy of a Holud/Sangeet/Dholki night — color, music, generations dancing together — meets the stillness of a sacred vow the next day.
These weddings aren’t about compromise. They are about consideration. Thoughtful decisions that speak volumes. And they are some of the most meaningful stories we have had the honor to document.

We’re Bangladeshis who live in Queens, NYC.
Where language switches mid-sentence.
Where identity isn’t singular.
Where celebration often means combining what you were taught with what you have come to believe.
We notice the glance exchanged when one family sees themselves reflected in the rituals of another.
The pride in a mother’s voice when she explains the significance of a gesture passed down for generations. The care in how a couple chooses to hold both sides of their story without having to dilute either.

You get to bring all of it, just as it is. That’s more than enough.
Maybe you’re honoring both families.
Maybe you’re writing your own version of what tradition looks like.
Maybe there’s no easy template for what you’re creating.
That’s okay.
You’re not meant to fit into someone else’s idea of what a wedding should be.
What matters is that it feels like you.
And we’ll capture it with the kind of understanding that doesn’t need to be asked for.

For the couples who are bridging two worlds.
For the ones carrying multiple traditions in a single celebration.
For anyone who’s been told they have to choose.
You don’t.
Your wedding can hold all of it.
And if that’s what you’re creating — We would be honored to document it as it really is.
A cinematic approach to storytelling—capturing memories for the soulful, the romantic, the quietly bold.
